任職資格:大專或以上程、主修室內設計

從事室內或相關設計行業、具備5年或以上的工作經驗

精通3D-Studio及圓方等繪圖操作軟件

熟悉施工圖紙、能妥善處理工程細項

有意到內地工作、具創意、主動、有責任感、具有良好的表達能力及技巧

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design

Min. 5 Year experience or above in relevant field

Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, 3D-Studio

Good knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing

Willing to Travel

有大型酒店、樣板房、會所、連鎖店等設計經驗者優先

中英文說寫流利、能操國語

10 years of experience or above in relevant field

Good design and communication skills

Experience in large-scale hotel and commercial projects an added advantage

Ability to work independently and lead a supporting team

Good command of Mandarin and English word processing is preferred.

15年或以上相關項目管理經驗、具室內設計顧問經驗者優先

具國內及香港房產項目或大型工程現場施工管理經驗者優先

負責管理大型項目須具現場施工組織及判斷能力、解決工程中的具體技術問題

負責監管及處理詳細計劃書、投標文件等工作、具團隊合作經驗、有較強的溝通及表達能力

有意到內地工作、具創意、主動, 有責任感、具有良好的表達能力及技巧

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design

15 years or above relevant experience in project management preferably gained in interior design consultancy firms.

Project experience in China and Hong Kong is a plus.

Responsible for project management and coordination a large scale interior design projects

Supervise the preparation of specifications, tendering documents, plans for submission to clients and for tender

A team player with self-discipline and strong communication and report writing skills, cost conscious and attentive to details
